All classes are based on the practice of
Yoga.
Yoga Mysore Style-Experienced ashtangis
and absolute beginners are able to practice simultaneously,
at their own pace, and within their own skill level.
They receive a level of one-on-one guidance, hands-on
adjustments and personal attention that cannot be offered
in a conventionally led class. Mysore classes are scheduled
in blocks of time. Because students are taught individually,
they can arrive at their convenience provided they finish
by the end of class. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Primary Series- In this class, you will experience
the Primary Series in its entirety. This class is appropriate
for Mysore students and those wishing to build on Foundations.
Hot Fusion Yoga-our Fusion class takes you
through a series of strengthening and toning postures
in the calm of a heated studio. Most of the asanas are
taken from the primary and second series, and are sequenced
by the instructor to create a complete and balanced
practice. The added heat in the studio allows for deep,
safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin,
blood and muscles through sweat. You will naturally
be able to go deeper into each pose in the heated studio.
Restorative Yoga-Enjoy a gentle, yet
challenging class to restore mind, body and soul. This class pulls from
several styles of yoga to create a class that is healing and enjoyable.
Vinyasa Flow-A flowing practice that
weaves movement with breath creating a dynamic, integrated
practice. The teacher selects postures from all traditions
of yoga creating a class that is constantly changing.
KARMA Yoga-This class is offered as a way to
give back to our community. 100 percent of your donations
will go to specific charities and organizations that
stand behind our beliefs. Instructors volunteer their
time for this -based class. Minimum donation is $5.
Fees:
